Kettle's Yard, Cambridge

The Art Channel visits Kettle's Yard an influential collection of British and International modern art, housed in a set of restored Cambridge cottages. Founded by the curator Jim Ede and his wife Helen, the aim was to create a 'living place where works of art could be enjoyed'. This is a home where beauty can be appreciated in a spiral arrangement of pebbles or in a tiny painting by Miro. It continues to be an inspirational museum for its simplicity and belief in the value of art.
